Wet LimeMortar

ECOMAXX WET LIMEMORTAR mortars are natural lime-based mortar in paste form. They are formulated for interior applications only. Three types are available – BASE (Working thickness: Up to 5mm per layer), FINE (Working thickness: Up to 2mm per layer) and SUPERFINE (Working thickness: Up to 1mm per layer) according to particle sizes.

Eco-Friendly Mortars

Water-based paints are safe for human health, releasing only hydrogren and oxygen into the air during application.
Formaldehyde is often added to paints to prevent microbial growth, but as a colourless and flammable gas, it can pose health risks upon exposure.
Heavy metals are added to paints as pigments to enhance colour, accelerate drying and improve durability. However, they are non-biodegradable and can be toxic to humans and the environment.
APEOs are used in paints as emulsifiers for their emulsifying properties, but they are non-biodegradable, endocrine disruptive, and harmful to humans — particularly to marine life and the environment.
VOCs are released from various components in paints. These organic compounds have low boiling points, emitting harmful molecules into the air. Low-VOC paints help minimise emissions and reduce their impact on health and the environment.
